Title: Associate Scientist I/II
Location: San Diego, CA (USA)
The ideal candidate will have expertise in the areas of molecular and cell biology, tumor microenvironment, or related fields. Experience in development of cell-based culture assays and evaluation of new technologies is highly desirable. The successful candidate will utilize or infer data from a number of analytical platforms and assays such as: ELISA, MSD, Luminex, FACS, MicroArray, ImageXpress Micro, and IF for characterization of preclinical model systems. Experience with handling/managing clinical samples is desirable. Proficiency in eukaryotic cell culture and aseptic technique is essential. The candidate must have good multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills, as well as, strong verbal and written communication skills. S/he will be expected to work in a fast-paced, team-centered environment, and collaborate and communicate with scientists from various disciplines both within and outside of the company.

Education & Experience BS (~3-10 years experience) or MS (~1-5 years experience) in molecular and cellular biology, tumor microenvironment or related field. Demonstrated leadership and/or team management experience is a plus.
